What to expect on Day One onwards

  • First day, in fact throughout the first month can be tough for both parents and children, especially for children age 3 in starting their new journey in life, so it's natural to feel a bit anxious about this big change to the family routine.

  • All kids are different, commonly kid will be excited on the first day and may pour down on the second day or week, and this is perfectly alright, as they have stepped down from their comfort zone and trying to adapt to the new environment and peers. And some kids may take as long as 1 month to get used to the new routine. We encourage parents to be positive and confident that their child is going to adapt and we encourage not to break the cycle / pattern, in order for the child to settle quickly.

  • Our educators are more than happy to explain the process of dropping of your child and saying goodbye. They may also stay in touch during the Day One to let you know how things are going and flick you through few snaps of your kid to you. At the end of each day you can talk to our educators or read through their observations to get a feel for how well your child is adapting to the change.

  • Our school will do everything to help your child to settle in quickly. Before you know it they'll have made new friends and be running in without even a wave goodbye!
